The flight date can be changed up to 5 days before the flight.
Globus Pirineu reserves the right to change the date of the flight in case of unfavorable weather forecast. In this case, a new flight date will be assigned without this implying any additional expenses and by common agreement with the customer. Flight tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
No refunds are allowed, except for previously agreed exceptions, open flights may be used by someone other than specified.
Pregnant women cannot fly with balloons, in case of pregnancy the expiry of the gift vouchers is postponed for 9 months.
